Based off your goals and current lifestyle, you will follow a progression system that strategically helps you acquire the necessary nutrients for optimal results. It's based off of 5 part pyramid I have dubbed "the nutritional hierarchy of needs". The pyramid is a set of food related focuses we implement from bottom to top to ensure you can acquire as many nutrients as possible.
I give recommendations and strategies based off of what part of the pyramid you are on. We make adjustments based on the effectiveness of each recommendation implemented.
